The”Ibiza” of the Valencian Community

The Island of Tabarca, is a paradise place to 2 hours from Valencia.

The island is the largest of the Valencian Community and the only inhabited.

We will go by bus where the boat will be waiting for us, and after 30-40 minutes of travelling accross the sea we will arrive at the island.

In the 18th century, Carlos III ordered the island to be fortified and built a village there to house the families of the fishers of Genova who were captive in the Tabarka Tunisian city. The walls that surround this urban area have been declared both a Historical Artistic Site and a site of Cultural Interest.

Its waters are Marine Reserve of the Mediterranean for its excellent quality and for the biodiversity of its flora and fauna.
Its coasts harbored in the past a refuge of Berber pirates.

We will spend all day in this wonderful place.

We can even swim in its crystal clear waters and practice one of the favorite sports of the area: Snorkeling.

If you do not have Snorkeling equipment, here you have excellent options in Decathlon (from 7.99€), also we recommend buying water shoes (from 5.99€) to avoid slipping and do not get hurt by the stones of the rivers or the rocks of the sea coves, these shoes can be used in many activities, such as Montanejos, Aquatic Trekking, Puddles of Quesa, Bolbaite, etc.

Obviously these recommendations are optional.

If you want to spend an unforgettable day, come with us to paradise!!
